With additional experience in Muay Thai and Kickboxing, Darren brings a diverse and dynamic approach to martial arts training. He focuses on instilling discipline, confidence, and technical mastery in his students, from beginners to advanced practitioners. His coaching style emphasizes not only physical skills but also the mental strength needed for success in martial arts and life.

With over 35 years of experience in sports, Mariusz combines high-level athletic coaching with specialized injury prevention and rehabilitation expertise. Known for his evidence-based approach and dedication to top performance, he focuses on functional strength, conditioning, and resilient health. An internationally respected 8th Dan Black Belt Taekwon-Do Master, Mariusz has led national teams to success, guiding clients through a unique blend of traditional martial arts discipline and advanced physical training principles.
