This high-energy class is structured into two distinct parts. The first part focuses on explosive power development using jumps, medicine ball throws, and kettlebell ballistic movements, aiming for peak power output. The second part transitions into high-intensity interval training (HIIT), pushing participants to their maximum heart rate through intense resisted or bodyweight exercises. While highly demanding, the class allows for slight individual adjustments, making it accessible yet challenging.
