sport_performance_enhancementThe program specially designed for youth and active people looking to the possibility of all-around sports performance enhancement.

Sessions include strength, movement (linear and agility), mobility, and conditioning work completed in a small group setting.  Programming is done in a manner to ensure improvements

in real-life situations and in sports. Every International School in the Ho Chi Minh City is training teams for various sports. This program aims to support the games by taking your training to the next level.

We have experience in preparing athletes for the top-level competition, we can help you to be faster, stronger, more agile, more stable. We know how to make a Better You.

The program can be arranged in Body Shape Fitness Center or outside sports facilities.

Groups 6-10 people are best suited for running this program.
