Our Boxing class gives you the chance to experience and develop Offensive and Defensive techniques, Bag Skills, Agility and Power. You are given the opportunity to learn and practise these skills through a variety of setups. Boxing is a High Intensity Cardio sport but all in the name of a great stress-relieving workout.

Use the tools of a modern boxer to reach your fitness goals. This class will take you through boxing technique and conditioning. It will enhance your speed, strength and endurance whilst giving you a great cardiovascular workout. This class is designed for all fitness levels and appropriate for both men and women.
