I trained in Body Shape for over a year and it’s hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. It’s great for people who like functional fitness because it has all sorts of equipment (stuff that you would never see at a regular gym).
The people in the gym are lovely too. The atmosphere is friendly and it feels like a safe space to workout. They also sell the yummiest protein cookies and kombucha.
