Being able to defend yourself is the responsibility of every individual.
the current post-CoVid 19 reality, we are seeing a locally increasing amount
of criminal acts, when women are being targeted.
Taking initiative to bring awareness and the basic knowledge and the skills set, we are planning to reactivate our Self Defense Classes.
To introduce the concept as well the educate the community we are going to run a 2-hour workshop on the topic of Self Defense.
During the workshop, we will present the reality-based approach to the violence and the concept of defending yourself when it’s a necessity.
SELF-DEFENSE is not a sport, it is a survival skill mindset that must be given utmost focus and determination.

Self Defense is like seat belts: they may seem not needed until you get into an accident. To prepare for our members, we will bring self-defense classes to our weekly schedule from August.
Firstly, we are launching the “Simply Safe – Self Defense” Workshop.

• Defend yourself if necessary in a simple and effective way.
