A full-body session that targets all of the major muscle groups. This session is designed to firm up and tone the body, with much focus on our core. We will use a variety of equipment – Dumb Bells, Battling Ropes, Sand Bags, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, ViPR’s, etc. This class is great for ALL levels of fitness. We will combine strength and movement exercises to produce muscle, burn fat and increase your metabolism to help maintain a healthy body weight. Using a variety of our fitness “toys” in a “Non-stop” workout program will leave you feeling energized and your whole body aching for more!!!
