This Self Defense Course is dedicated mainly but not exclusively to women to empower them with tools to feel more safe and confident. The Course usually takes 3-6 hours and is split into 1-2h blocks. The program covers self defense psychology, prevention methods, techniques and case scenarios of most common situations.
Participants upon completion of this program will have better understanding of the danger prevention and obtain tools to feeling safer in everyday life. Course is run upon booking a private class or small group sessions. Neither martial arts skills nor experience required.
Everybody has the ability to defend. Don’t give your safety into someone else’s hands.
