This is a full-body session that targets all of the body’s major muscle groups. This session is  designed to firm up and tone your body with a significant focus on your all-important core.
Within this program you will use a variety of equipment including: Dumbbells, Battling Ropes, Sand-Bags, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, ViPR’s and much more. This class is suitable for people of all levels of fitness. We will combine a variety of strength and movement exercises to produce muscle, burn fat and increase your metabolism to help maintain a healthy body weight. Using a selection of our fitness ‘toys’ in a non-stop workout program will leave you feeling energized and your whole body aching for more!
