This class is designed to increase your Muscular Balance, Strength, Flexibility and Core Strength whilst increasing your bodies physical and mental energy.
By utilising the Yoga course you will be able to maintain your body’s capacity to function exactly how you need it to. The course will allow you to better balance your lifestyle and you will walk away with a glowing & relaxed body and mind.
