As we age our body’s ability to regenerate and maintain the tissue solid and healthy becomes more and more difficult. Research in this field explains relationship between our skeletal health and nutrition and physical activity.

This class is a part of the offer for senior members. Movement quality, body alignment, breathing exercises, balance and stability and functional strength are the primary concern of these sessions.

Using safe and appropriate methods we restore the correct movement, build strength for everyday activity and improve the true quality of life.

Classes can be arranged in our Fitness Center facility as well as in private space.
